For this brief I had to take an inspirational speech or monologue and turn it into a music track and
also create a film to go with the sound track. It was just around the time of the Egyptian revolution
and Ken O'Keefe who is an ex American soldier and now a military activist did an interview on Al
Jazeera news that I found quite rousing, so I chopped it up a bit and created a soundtrack which I
changed midway through to bring a lighter ending to the film and a little bit of hope. I created
the film using still images from the web and some videos from You tube. I have been told
that there was an emotional connection made with the audience that was enhanced by the sound
track. The software I used to create this film were the Ableton Live 9 music production software
and Final Cut Pro movie editing software.
