The brief set by Sky was to help improve the service given to their customer base of baby
boomers and millennials. Will and I decided to create a fully personalisable interactive
interface in which users can manage their My SKY account, as well as enhancing the
existing service. This was to improve customer satisfaction and give existing customers
recognition of their loyalty to the company. The way we did so, was through the
incorporation of two new schemes to benefit all audiences, and to simplify the current
experience to create a fully personal interface to be adapted by the user. To find out more
