The Brief

For our final project we had free reign.

The Outcome

In first semester I chose to explore how traditional banking has failed the modern user. Specifically for first semester, I looked at how a hypothetical bank, Erma, could use a feature dedicated to the account holder and power of attorney relationship.

I continued the project into second semester and decided to focus on data visualisation and the personalisation trends that are new to the banking experience. To answer this brief I created two defining feature in the app.

The first a badge system, allowing the user to recieve badges after fufilling goals, for example saving £100 a month or spending over £100 on clothing within a month.

The second feature being Erma insights, a monthly onjective analysis on the users spending data that is presented in a more visually appealing way- helping the user to focus on the parts that really matter to them.

An advertisement board mockup we did to promote the Sainsbury’s Go Green campaign.

Promotional video of Erma being used to help an account holder with a power of attorney.
